We offer a comprehensive approach to managing Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Binge-Eating, and other eating disorders, as well as related co-morbidities in areas such as addiction, personality disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and impulse control disorders.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Medical Appointment Setter, located in Sydney, NSW. The Medical Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, scheduling appointments, and lead generation. They will be required to communicate effectively with patients and provide excellent customer service. The role involves managing calendars, confirming appointments, and updating patient records as necessary.
Qualifications
- Skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience in Lead Generation
- Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask
- Experience in the medical or healthcare field is a plus
- Strong organizational and computer skills
