**Our Client**

Entering the Sydney property market over 15 years ago, our client has had an incredible run in medium - high density developments across Sydney. With a solid reputation, they have delivered several acclaimed apartment projects across the growth corridors of Sydney.

**Duties**

Working in this high-vibe, highly successful in-house Sales & Marketing team, you will be working directly for one of Sydney’s most successful property developers.

Commencing in their Head Office in the Inner West before moving out to one of their Display Suites (Parramatta, Schofields or Campbelltown) to work hand in hand with the Project sales team, you will play a key role in increasing sales revenue
- Turning inbound calls and enquiries into qualified leads for the sales team (ALL warm calls)
- Provide expert advice and information to prospective leads
- Update the CRM with all details
- Set appointments & direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting

**Specific requirements**

To be successful, you will be a passionate, dynamic individual with a friendly and helpful disposition which can be heard in your voice. You should also have:

- Demonstrated ability to qualify leads and set appointments
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Experience in Real Estate is preferred
