Administration and Accounting Officer – Construction Industry

Location: Ingleburn, NSW

Employment Type: Full-time

Landmark Creations is a reputable and growing construction company based in Ingleburn, NSW. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration and Accounting Officer to join our professional team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, accuracy, and a proactive approach to managing office and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support across all areas of the business
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including bank reconciliations
  • Assist with payroll processing and subcontractor management
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and financial records
  • Support project documentation, compliance, and reporting
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in administration and accounting within the construction industry (preferred)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administration and accounting experience required
  • Construction industry experience is strongly preferred for this role
  • Proficiency in Xero or MYOB accounting software
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software is required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
