**Job Summary**:
We’re seeking a highly organised **Project Administrator** to support the successful execution of logistics and supply chain projects at Next. You will coordinate internal stakeholders, ensure timelines are met, and provide clear documentation and reporting across initiatives. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
You’ll work closely with warehouse, client services, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on project milestones and outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:
- Support project leads in executing key logistics and warehouse improvement projects.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, task trackers, and meeting records.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress and accountability across deliverables.
**Communication & Reporting**:
- Prepare regular updates and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Create clear project reports, SOPs, and training documents when needed.
- Ensure consistent flow of information between operations, customers, and tech teams.
**Process & Quality Support**:
- Assist with mapping processes and identifying areas for efficiency gains.
- Support implementation of new tools, workflows, and warehouse systems.
- Help ensure quality standards are maintained across fulfilment and customer experience.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with warehouse teams, supply chain managers, and customer operations.
- Coordinate third-party suppliers, if applicable, during project rollout.
- Support team onboarding and change management processes during key project phases.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in project coordination, operations, or logistics administration.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working in logistics, supply chain or warehouse environments preferred.
**Salary**: $90,000 per year
Benefits: Salary Packaging available
Schedule: Monday - Friday
