We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market. **About the Role** We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant **Accounts Clerk** to assist with various data entry duties across our branch network. This is a fulltime position, based in our head office in **Ingleburn**. If you have experience in data entry, good attention to detail and great Customer Service skills along with a yes we can attitude accompanied with excellent time management then this may be an exciting opportunity for you. **Key Duties and Responsibilities Include**: - Data entry - Processing payments - Invoicing - Opening New Accounts - Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries - Other tasks as required from time to time **Key Skills and Experience**: - Some experience in collection calling - Accuracy in data entry - Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel - Strong communication skills to develop and build customer relationships - A self-motivated, reliable and detail orientated individual - Ability to multi-task - The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. **Benefits** - A friendly and supportive team environment - Company rewards program - Full time, Monday to Friday, Day shift Most importantly at Supagas we value **attitude **above all else.
