Eilbeck Cranes is a crane manufacturing and servicing company which has expanded national operations & which is 100% Australian Owned & has been operating for 115 years.

Eilbeck Cranes is seeking to employ a Receptionist/ Administrator for general administration duties to join the team in Ingleburn.

About this role, but not limited to:

- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Assisting Procurement team with issue of PO's
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Data entry
- Archiving

Requirements for this role:

- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Consistent, reliable and with good time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures an advantage
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Excellent time management skills
