The Opportunity
This is more than an admin role – it's an opportunity to make a real impact in how we support our people. You'll be involved in the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding through to engagement, reporting, and events.
Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, no two days will be the same. You'll provide support across the entire P&C team while acting as the first point of contact for employee enquiries via the P&C inbox.
As the backbone of the team, you'll play a key role in improving processes, delivering a great employee experience, and partnering with the business to help shape a healthier tomorrow.
What You'll Do
- Prepare employment contracts, letters and employee documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding/ offboarding activities, keeping employee records up to date
- Partner with the L&D Manager to deliver engaging learning programs, manage training logistics, and participant communications.
- Support cyclical/ broader P&C activities including employee engagement activities, policy updates, reporting, and site-based events.
- Help drive process improvements and initiatives that deliver a great employee experience for our people.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Enjoy managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Have 1-2 years' experience in HR, administration, or L&D coordination, or are a HR Graduate
- Build rapport and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive); Canva experience is a plus
- Are proactive, customer-focused, and love taking ownership of your work
- Bring a positive, collaborative approach and enjoy being part of a close-knit, supportive team
- Are curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow your HR career
