Role Responsibilities
:

• Support the Principal with Investment Property Sales
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential investor and seller listings.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and build strong relationships.
• Assist in preparing for and attending property appraisals.
• Assist Sales Agents with appraisals, listings, open homes, private inspections, to enhance your sales skills.
• Assist the Team with appraisals, listings, property inspections and investor management, to enhance your investment property & commercial investment skills and knowledge
• Engage in warm prospecting through our existing database, develop new connections to build the database
• Oversee listing campaigns from initial appraisal to successful results
• Learn the art of negotiation and effectively close sales deals.
• Participate in property photoshoots and styling appointments.
• Skilfully manage vendor pipeline, providing top-notch service.
• Prepare vendor reports and offer valuable buyer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Completed real estate certification - essential.
• Experience in Property Management - hjighly regarded.
• We'll equip you with comprehensive sales training – nil to minimal experience necessary.
• Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism.
• Valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle - essential.
• Confident and friendly phone manner.
• Aspirations to excel and thrive in the real estate industry.
