We specialise in residential, real estate and light commercial work, including maintenance, renovations, fault finding and emergency services. What Your Days Look Like
  • Start your day in a modern office environment managing quotes, invoices and administration tasks that keep the business running smoothly
  • Work close to home in North Lakes, avoiding long commutes into the city
  • Assist with customer enquiries and support the Scheduler with phone calls and bookings during busy times
  • Oversee supplier orders, deliveries and stock control for the warehouse and vans
  • Build genuine connections with customers and suppliers while supporting the technicians on the ground
  • Ensure jobs are processed correctly from start to finish with accurate records in ServiceM8

What You Bring
  • Previous experience in an office manager or senior administrator role, ideally in a trade or service industry
  • Strong quoting and invoicing skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident with computer systems and job management software (ServiceM8 experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with a professional phone manner
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep the office running smoothly under pressure
  • A proactive team player who takes ownership and enjoys keeping things organised
