Full Job Description

**The gig**
- Hit the ground running on your own portfolio. Take service, efficiency and your industry knowledge to the next level
- Consistently unearth opportunities to improve our property management offering
- Build and foster positive relationships with landlords and tenants with a strong client retention focus
- Contribute to a positive company reputation

**About you**
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in property management (we use Property Me)
- Have your own wheels and can legally be on the road
- Exceptional time management skills
- A driven and motivated individual who regularly exercises initiative and who’s always down to collaborate on new strategies and approaches

**What we offer**
- Full time gig. Usual client facing hours Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Springfield Lakes, QLD 4300: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
