**Job Description**:
We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Real Estate Agents. As an agent, you will have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills and help clients achieve their real estate goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for new leads and clients through various channels
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth transactions

**Requirements**:

- Valid real estate licence
- Proven track record of sales success
- Preferably 2+ years of experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and neighbourhoods (preferred)
