How you'll succeed

As a Purple Cow Property Manager, you'll be in control of all aspects of your portfolio. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of properties
• Exceptional service, advice and support to our landlords
• Focusing on building strong tenant relationships
• Maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Property optimisation including proactive maintenance management, account and invoice management, arrears management, timely lease renewals and efficient vacate processes
• Conducting inspections – entry and exits, with support for routines inspections
• Detailed record and task management using Property ME
• Dispute resolution and QCAT attending as required

You will be supported to succeed with:

• A highly successful Leasing team, to ensure landlord satisfaction for vacancy rates
• Strong administrative support for lease renewals, arrears management, invoicing and phone & email management
• Administrative support for maintenance, work orders and compliance
• Inspection support for routines, to minimise your workload
• Manager support with dispute resolution, insurance claims, QCAT and professional development

Your remarkable qualities

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Property Management, preferably
• Commerical experience highly regarded, or a willingness to learn commercial management
• Current Registration Certificate or Agent Licence is essential
• Previous use of PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate, Realworks and Flk It Over is desired
• Australian Driver's Licence is required
• Adaptive to change with an improvement growth mindset
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Exceptional telephone, written, and verbal communication skills are a must
• Legislative knowledge and understanding
• Enthusiastic and initiative-taking
• Enjoy working both autonomously and in a team
• Enthusiastic about property management
