We need **Real Estate Sales Agents **to meet strong demand in our sales and investment opportunities.

Based in the Gold Coast area, we proactively serve our property vendors, tirelessly seek out new business opportunities, and source properties for local and interstate investors seeking solid investment returns.

Using the latest technology in communications and sales orientated operations, you will work with vendors and clients directly in real-time, allowing you to stay on the go and drive sales.

You have to be able to pursue and close the deals provided, as well as generate your own leads to expand your territory and market presence.

Only self-independent, personally driven applicants who can market for and seek out new business opportunities will succeed in this role.
- **1-2 years minimum experience in Property Sales**:

- **Current agent sales certificate**:

- **Computer skills for communications, record keeping, compliance and document preparation**:

- **Strong lead generation experience and marketing skills**:

- **Knowledgeable about property investment and wealth creation strategies**:

- **Have knowledge of and direct working experience in the Gold Coast and South East Queensland property market**:

- **Have your own car and an unrestricted drivers licence**:

- **Valid working rights in Australia**:

- **Personable manner and ability to talk persuasively and genuinely**

Our Sales Professionals must deliver high quality service to our clients and vendors. Integrity and honesty are expected no matter who you work and deal with.

This role is a full-time position that can require working outside of regular office hours, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Varsity Lakes, QLD 4227: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
