Located in Osborne Park we have an exciting new office currently under construction that will see us relocate to O'Connor in mid-2026. With these upcoming changes, we are seeking to expand our amazing Admin team
We are searching for a Reception Administrator who is looking for a full time role, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm or 9am-5pm. This varied role combines reception duties with heavy administrative support to all teams within the business.
Responsibilities / Duties:
Duties will include assisting with the following:
- Manage high volume company email inbox
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Answer all incoming calls and assist with enquires
- Maintain office supplies and staff amenities
- Overflow data entry of AP invoices
- Assist HR with onboarding new employees
- Execute weekly reporting on equipment usage
- Additional Adhoc Admin Tasks ie; Printing, Laminating, Banking and Mail ect
Essential Qualifications / Skills:
- Administration/Reception experience preferred but not essential
- Minimum 'C' Class driver's license, with own car
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
- Good communication and phone manner
- Pass all medicals / Drug and Alcohol testing
- Reliable, Motivated and Punctual
- Must be skilled and confident in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
