**Administration / Accounts / Receptionst**
We are currently looking for a full-time receptionist, administration officer, and / or accounts assistant to work with us long-term. There are opportunities for this role to convert into full-time and growth into new responsibilities as our company grows.
**Key duties and responsibilities will include;**
- General administration;
- General reception and customer service;
- Following up account receivables;
- Logging inventory;
- Scheduling calendars (jobs and inspections)
- Paying bills and payroll preparation;
- Reconciliation of accounts;
- Liaising with suppliers regarding accounts payable and invoices;
**The Successful Applicant**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in admin, reception and book keeping work
- Extreme attention to detail
- Competent with computing systems, ERPs and accounting systems (bonus if experienced with Zoho)
- Must have have a valid drivers license
- Hands-on, willing to learn and work on roles as required.

**Location**
Most of your work will be in-person at our Belfield office (next to Strathfield), but occasionally you may be asked to assist with office or admin duties at our Blacktown office. You may also work from home occasionally.
**Language**
You must be fluent in both written and spoken English. Additional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and other languages are also an added bonus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
