About Paragon
We are a leading window films and signage company, specialising in supplying and installing window films and signage to government, building, corporate & residential customers nationwide.
Daily duties will involve:
- Answering & forwarding of incoming telephone calls/online sales enquiries to relevant staff members where applicable
- Job scheduling
- Ordering
- Account receivables
- Provide assistance to various staff members in times of high demand
- And much more
Naturally, you will possess an organised and logical manner as well as strong communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
In addition, you will also bring:
- Customer service or Office experience
- Exceptional phone manner
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
- The ability to work with limited supervision
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Can do attitude and approach to your work
- You must also have a drivers license as you will on occasion be required to run errands
We are looking for a person with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to see a task through to finish. Above all we are looking for what cannot be taught - the right attitude
