We are seeking a part-time/casual Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the delivery of high-standard, person-centred services to our clients and stakeholders.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Attending to telephone calls, inquiries, and transferring calls.
- Answering enquires for customers
- Scheduling and following up on appointments.
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception and waiting area.
- Managing appointments and payments.
- Scanning, filing, and mailing documents.
- Create and review service agreements for clients
- Setting clients’ profiles on client management systems
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies to ensure a working supply at all times.
- Maintaining confidentiality of client information at all times.
- Following policies and procedures, and reporting any needed changes.
- Providing administrative support to the therapists.
- Making therapy resources instructed by the therapists, including printing, laminating and cutting.
- Ensuring accurate maintenance and updating of client records.
- Handling client and stakeholder inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Complying with all Work, Health, and Safety policies and procedures, as well as the NDIS code of conduct.
- Assisting with social media, document creation, contacting new and existing clients, and general housekeeping tasks.

**About You**
- **Required Checks**: Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check WA, as well as an NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- **Relevant Experience**: Previous experience in community services or support work is highly regarded. Experience in customer service roles is also desirable.
- **Administrative Skills**: Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, with strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build strong relationships and deliver client-centred services. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally and promptly.
- **Team Player**: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing positively to team goals.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms is desirable.
- **Personal Qualities**: Friendly, enthusiastic, client-focused, organised, computer-literate, and detail-oriented. Must possess the ability to multi-task and have reliable transport.
- **Additional Requirements**: Experience with disability or therapy is also admirable but not essential.
