KK Technical Services (KKTS) specialises in professional delivery and onsite installation services for major Australian and international brands. We are the national specialists in 'last mile' delivery and technical installation. We have a long history with the printer and photocopier market and continue to expand into digital media and Safe systems.
Job Description
We require a full time Brisbane office administrator. This role will include
- Working in a interstate service delivery team
- Accurate and timely data entry of key information into the company's operating system
- Sending, receiving and processing documentation
- Making bookings with third party providers and following progress to completion
- Stock control and queries using our internal warehousing solution.
- Maintaining warehouse procedures.
- General office duties relating to warehouse administration.
- Receiving and dispatching stock
Required skills
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
The ideal candidate will have (not essential)
- Previous administrative experience
- Team leader experience
You will be trained in all aspects of the role and in the use of our systems and programs.
You must enjoy working in a busy environment and handling queries with care, professionalism and efficiency while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
