Despatch Officer

- Maternity Leave Contract - 12 months

Our Logistics Department require the services of a competent administration officer with high level accurate data entry. Initially this is a maternity leave contract, however we anticipate that following the expiration of the contract we will be able to offer at least 2 days per week permanent part time work.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Reconciliation and auditing skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across a range of organisational levels, from Senior Management to Driver/Forklift Operators
- Data Entry
- Microsoft program experience, in particular Excel

Your ability to work in a dynamic team environment is essential for this role. You will require flexibility in your approach and possess a strong team and work ethic together with the drive and dedication to learn other key administration functions.
