About the role

We are looking for reliable, savvy and experienced Customer Service Officers who will be exposed to our fast paced logistics operations. We provide efficient day-to-day centralized services to the company's transport operations at our Virginia Head Office depot.

The successful applicant will have the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate a willingness to learn new tasks and have excellent problem solving and time management skills. This is a key role within our business and a fantastic opportunity where your hard work will be noticed and rewarded. We are a very easy going team and welcoming of new team member.

38 hours per week + overtime as required

  • Be willing to learn new things each day
  • Solid communication skills
  • A proactive nature with a drive to complete all key tasks daily
  • Strong time management skills
  • Reliable, trustworthy and have a positive 'can do attitude', flexible to change, efficient, and ability to problem solve
  • Friendly and positive approach to customer service and excellent phone
  • Full training provided to enable a smooth transition to our business
  • Immediate start available for right candidate
  • Minimum 6-12 months customer service experience required
