At Mitolo Family farms, we attribute much of our success to the strength of our People, Product quality, Brands, and our Customers. To build on this momentum, we are searching for a highly experienced Customer Service Representative to work within our customer service team and report directly to the Administration Manager.

This position provides a friendly and professional point of contact for customers and external growers and plays an integral role in the development and building of such relationships. This position also assists with arranging freight for outgoing goods, and providing backup and relief to the Export and Sales Officer. There is also a requirement to work rotational Saturdays and occasional public holidays.

**Objectives of this position**:

- Processing and confirming customer’s orders in timely and accurate fashion
- Perform order modification, order optimization for our customers
- Liaising with customer and state buyers on any impacts to their orders in a timely manner
- Responsible for arranging freight and required documentation for interstate outgoing goods, and ensure deliveries are made within specified timeframes
- Communicate efficiently to all sections of the business regarding orders and ensuring the process runs smoothly for our customers/freight companies
- Availability check and quota management
- Work alongside the sales team to ensure effective communication for our customers
- Responsible to ensure the credit process for customers runs smoothly
- Responsible for raising purchase orders in Freshpack for finished stock bought in to be on-sold to customers, including the calculation and subtraction of any sales commission that may apply
- Undertake any clerical tasks required on an ad hoc basis.
- Undertake designated project work and other ad hoc work as directed by key management personnel within the business.
- Support the sales team with communication to retailer purchasing teams to report on order version number and updates

**To be successful in this position there is a requirement for**:

- Excellent reconciliation skills with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Proven experience in an inventory/stock reconciliation role or similar
- Accurate data entry skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Sound numerical, reconciliation and literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Exceptional Customer Service
