The Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll help deliver high-quality food during service, manage prep for your section, and keep things clean, calm, and on track, even when it's busy.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the buzz of service and takes pride in running their section well.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prep and service on a designated section (grill, pans, larder, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency, speed, and presentation of dishes
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Work as part of a close-knit team in a high-volume venue
  • Help train and guide junior staff during service
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
  • Trade qualifications (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
  • A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Great communication and reliability
  • Calm under pressure and a proactive approach to service
