With over 20 years in the business, H2flow Hire is Southeast Queensland's leading provider of water trucks and plant & equipment hire to the Civil Construction and Landscaping industries. Operating from our head office at Beenleigh, H2flow Hire offers services from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast and everywhere in between.

The role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated administrator to take on the role of an Accounts Co-ordinator. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this busy role will be responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable and payable ledgers, as well as providing administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable and payable experience, preferably within the construction industry and landscaping industries
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent computer and technical skills with previous experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience using Xero is desirable, but not essential
  • Previous experience using Aroflo is advantageous, but not essential
  • A proactive approach with problem-solving
  • Positive work attitude and desire to learn new tasks
  • Current Driver's Licence

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform all accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Receive and process hire agreements/credit applications, including reference checks and approvals
  • Process debtors' invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Perform and manage the debt collection process
  • Process creditors' invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Complete supplier application forms in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process all company credit card transactions and perform monthly reconciliation thereof
  • Daily bank account reconciliations
  • Provide administration support to all areas of the business
