Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for 30 years and employee over 220 people

**Description**:
This newly created role will provide administrative support to the Quality, Safety Environment Manager and Training Manager based at our Beenliegh depot. This varied role will see you working with business units to help drive the safety and training requirements of SPA.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
Assist in the prequalification and ISO auditing process.
Compilation of monthly safety and training reports
Review and update subcontractor data base
Participate in Safety Committee and Training Meetings including taking minutes and preparing agendas.
Support QSE Manager with updating incident, near miss and newsletter register.
Management of regulatory training requirements and booking external training courses as required for all operations staff
Assisting the training manager with the internal Verification of Competency (VOC) training process

**Position Criteria**:

- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Experience with data management systems and training systems ( ELMO/ Formitize )
- Experience in document compliance procedures and processes
- Knowledge of incident management and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisation
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, PPT, Excel)
- Strong attitude to accountability, punctuality and consistency
