Your New Role

The Club Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the member services team and club product offerings. The role is accountable for the development and delivery of all club product offerings to ensure a professional standard of supervision, training and service is always maintained. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading the team to ensure that a quality experience to all clients and members is provided with an exceptional level of customer service, sales, and administration. The role leads, managers and trains their team to ensure day-to-day operations of the club is of he highest standard and strives to achieve sales targets. About You

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role
  • Certificate IV in fitness (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs across a range of activity areas
  • Outstanding and proven leadership skills, be able to demonstrate an understanding of different leadership styles
