We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market. **About the Role** To support our growth focused approach, we currently have an opportunity in our Brisbane branch for an experienced **Retention Coordinator** to join the team. **Duties & Responsibilities** - Embody the ‘Yes We Can’ ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities. - Reporting directly to the QLD/VIC/TAS Field Sales Manager - Effective and efficient management of Account Manager Activities to proactively maximise existing customer base retention. - Effective and efficient management of customer “change of ownership” processes. This includes defending of all current supply agreements and proactively resigning customers that are due to expire contract within a 6-month period - Effective and efficient management of customer “cylinder reconciliation/audit” processes. - Manage the “de-hire process” following through with recording reasoning and direct potential lost customers to the Account Manager to action “save” processes. - Make contact (where necessary) with customers to facilitate the “save” processes. - Manage and facilitate interdepartmental relationships with the sales, logistics, administration, maintenance and technical teams. - Competence and compliance management of above areas in line with relevant standards and Supagas Policies & procedures. **Skills & Experience** - Minimum of two years' experience in a retention role - Excellent time management skills, well organised and are natural planners. - Excellent written and verbal communication - Flexible and adaptable to handle high pressure situations and have high level of resilience **Benefits** - Generous base salary - Uncapped, monthly paid commissions. - Continual ongoing support and training provided - Significant future career opportunities Most importantly at Supagas we value attitude above all else.
