Appointment Setter

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Appointment Setter/Telemarketer to join our team. You will be responsible for efficiently making outgoing calls from a database list prepared for you. You will provide exceptional customer service ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong attention to detail. We are a very successful family business located in Belmont.

We are looking to offer this role on a long term basis. We offer $37.09 per hour and we work from 9am-330pm each day with a lunch break

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide necessary information to achieve an appointment for one of our business development team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and offering appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and escalations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer queries.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
• Adhere to company guidelines, protocols, and quality standards to achieve performance targets.
• Continuously improve personal and team performance through ongoing training and development initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred however we are great believers in giving a novice a chance if you are the right fit for us
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure.
• Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
