Leading Melbourne emergency plumbing business, General Home Services, requires a casual/part-time appointment setter with some customer service skills for inbound and outbound calls.

• Are you experienced in dealing with inbound/outbound new customer enquiries?

About the Role:


• Casual/Part-Time Position (4 days a week) (Full time available for the right candidate)


• Outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling)


• Booking and confirming appointments
