Are you looking to break into sales and actually learn the craft — not just dial numbers?

This role is your launch pad into professional B2B sales. You'll be trained, mentored, and coached daily by operators who've built some of Australia's most effective outbound teams.

We build pipeline for Australia's fastest-growing companies. As an Appointment Setter, you're the first voice prospects hear — setting quality meetings that turn into real revenue.

You'll learn structured sales systems, get daily feedback from senior SDRs, and move fast toward a full SDR or Sales Representative role where earnings and responsibility scale up.

What You'll Do

  • Make 80–120 outbound dials per day to curated business lists.
  • Book qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives and clients.
  • Keep CRM records clean and accurate — every call, every note.
  • Follow proven scripts while learning to adapt your tone and flow.
  • Hit daily and weekly KPIs for dials, connects, and booked meetings.
  • Bring energy to every call — we celebrate results and resilience.

Who You Are

  • Hungry to learn and build a long-term career in sales.
  • Confident communicator who thrives on results and feedback.
  • Motivated, coachable, and resilient — you'll hear "no" often and keep going.
  • Organised with basic computer/CRM skills.
  • Previous phone, retail, or customer-facing experience a plus — not required.
