Returnify is helping everyday Australians to take control of their finances. Part of the My Money House Group we develop tailored financial solutions for our clients in the areas of home loans, property, accounting, and insurance. Established in 2011 the company has offices in SA and WA with expansion into VIC early 2026. Our office in SA is conveniently located on The Parade Norwood close to public transport. What You'll Do

As an Outbound Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for:

  • Booking appointments for our in-home consultants
  • Explaining to people over the phone who Returnify are and what we offer
  • Ensuring high-quality customer interactions and satisfaction
  • Handling calls in a professional and caring manner
  • Learning our call centre scripts and systems
  • Be available to work a fortnightly roster (Week 1: Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 8:00pm) (Week 2: Tuesday to Saturday 9:00am to 5pm)

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in an outbound appointment setting & sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to learn and retain our call centre scripts and systems
