We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced HR and Business Compliance Manager to join our team in Wyndham Vale. HR and Business Compliance Manager Location: Wyndham Vale, Melbourne Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with NDIS standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. Human Resources Leadership: Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Policy Development: Develop and implement HR and compliance policies that align with NDIS requirements. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Team Support: Provide guidance and support to staff on HR and compliance-related matters.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in HR management and business compliance, preferably within the NDIS or healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of NDIS guidelines, disability standards, and relevant legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $88,153.67 - $165,737.02 per year
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
