We also provide Allied Healthcare via telehealth to NDIS Participants including Counselling, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology and Mental Health Social Work.
**About the role**:
We are now in search of a Human Resource Administrator to aid in providing accurate and timely HR/P&C advice, support, and consultancy services to managers and employees in the delivery of organisational strategic objectives.
In this role, you will consult and work with multiple stakeholders so your ability to build strong relationships and earn trust will be invaluable. You are a strategic, creative, go-to problem-solver and you thrive on delivering results.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager - People and Culture, you will work in a full-time capacity in our head office in Dingley.
**About you**:
- Human Resources experience as a generalist
- Strong internal communications skills for marketing and communications of people-related matters
- Keen attention to detail
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Competent and confident in the implementation and use of new technologies.
- Capable interpersonal consultation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with senior management, internal and external stakeholders and staff
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administrative support to EGM P&C, Snr HR Advisor, Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) and cross functionally to all other leaders (e.g., Director of Nursing) on matters surrounding sourcing, onboarding, and exiting employees as required across all divisions: Corporate, NDIS/Specialist and Aged Care
- Administration in areas specific to preparation and administration of Contracts/Offer
- Admin support for onboarding processes
- Admin support for employee programs focused on attraction and retention including wellbeing initiatives and culture programs
- Admin support to Talent Acquisition function as required - First contact on Employee Relations & Safety before escalation to appropriate leader/manager
- Admin support on HR specific technology such as HRIS & ATS (payroll sits in Finance)
- Working collaboratively with TA team to support the build and communication of EVPs and Talent Pools using Social Media channels
- Key internal communication support on people related matters that may include the likes of change processes, policy and other people related matters for the Head Office employees as well as external/regional clinical staff as required
- Additional key point of contact alongside relevant payroll person on any employee or contractor queries in relation to pay, leave and conditions
- Play an active role in coordinating and supporting P&C processes
- Continually improve and develop HR processes for organisational success
