**Key Responsibilities**:

- **HR Strategy and Planning**: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s overall goals and NDIS standards.
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**: Lead the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, job posting, interviewing, and hiring for various positions. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all new employees are well-equipped to succeed.
- **Employee Relations**: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with workplace policies. Provide guidance on workplace matters and best practices.
- **Performance Management**: Oversee performance review processes, providing support to managers and employees to ensure growth and development goals are met.
- **Compliance & Training**: Ensure the organization is compliant with NDIS requirements and HR best practices. Coordinate staff training, professional development programs, and mandatory compliance training.
- **Payroll & Benefits**: Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in compensation, benefits, and leave entitlements.
- **HR Reporting**: Maintain and analyze HR metrics to track trends and report on key areas like turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.
- **Cultural Development**: Promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and accountability, reflecting the values of the NDIS and our commitment to service excellence.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **HR Expertise**: Proven experience in HR management, ideally within the disability services or healthcare sector, or experience working with NDIS regulations.
- **Understanding of NDIS**: Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and how it applies to HR management within an NDIS provider setting.
- **Leadership**: Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse workforce.
- **Communication**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex employee relations issues and provide sound advice to management.
- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, AHRI) are desirable.
