As we continue to grow, we are seeking a HR Professional to join our team and play a key role in building a workforce of skilled and compassionate support workers.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced HR professional & Quality & Compliance Manager with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the NDIS or disability services sector. This is a multifaceted role that requires deep expertise in HR leadership, compliance, and workforce development within the NDIS framework. You will be responsible for aspects of NDIS Quality & Compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for support staff
- Mentor and guide staff development, training, and performance management
- Drive initiatives that promote staff wellbeing, retention, and engagement
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Fair Work, and WHS regulations
- Review and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Maintain employee records and contribute to reporting and audits
· Coordinate and improve recruitment processes
· Serve as friendly, approachable point of contact for all staff
· Management of NDIS policies & procedures for quality and compliance
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years' direct experience in the NDIS/disability services sector
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams
- High attention to detail, strong organisational and leadership skills
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related field (desirable)
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Framework.
Mandatory Requirements
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid Level II and CPR
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- NDIS Screening Check
- Eligibility to Work in Australia
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Complete COVID vaccination certificate
