We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Business Partner to join our team at Equifax. As a Customer Success Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proactive management, delivery, and support of services provided to our Core customers.

As a Customer Success Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and meeting the needs of our Core business customers, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships.
  • Providing information and answering complex queries about our products and services, as well as explaining their features and benefits.
  • Submitting new account and branch set-ups to the subscriptions team.
  • Requesting channel connectivity from the Client Integration Team.
  • Investigating and resolving invoicing and billing issues.
  • Responding to customer inquiries about product usage and other product-related matters.
  • Addressing unplanned outages and escalating concerns within the company when necessary.
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of our available products to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Supporting the Account Management group by responding promptly to requests and contributing operational insights to sales materials.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position within a corporate setting.
  • Influencing and stakeholder management skills at a senior level, both internally and externally.
  • A proactive mindset, with a proven track record of hitting the ground running.
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
  • The ability to think strategically and tactically.

**Salary Range:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year
