We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team As a key player in our customer success department, you will be responsible for proactively managing and delivering exceptional services to our core customers.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders at a senior level. You will possess strong communication skills, both written and oral, as well as the ability to think strategically and tactically.

**About the Role**
- Main Responsibilities:
- Proactive management and delivery of services to core customers
- Identify and meet the needs of our core business customers and provide a high level of customer service
- Investigate and correct invoicing and billing issues
- Support Account Management group through timely responses to requests
