Customer Success Business Partner

You'll be part of our Customer Success team, where you'll build strong relationships with our partners and work collaboratively to drive business growth. As a CSM, you'll leverage your expertise in customer success, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills to ensure our partners achieve value from their existing subscriptions.

The Role:

  • Develop strategic plans to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving retention, growth, and product adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify new opportunities and upsell/cross-sell relevant solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, corporate updates, and N-able product offerings to provide valuable insights to our partners.
  • Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) to inform your decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Promote N-able's best practices and support resources to ensure our partners get the most out of our solutions.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or customer service in software, technology, Managed Services, or Managed Security Services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for excellence and commitment to helping customers achieve their goals.
  • Ability to engage and excite audiences through effective training and education on product features and best practices.
  • Resilience in dealing with challenging situations and ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.

Your Benefits:
