N-able, a software company driving global success, invites an experienced Customer Success professional to join its team in North Sydney, Australia. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • As a key relationship holder between N-able and our partners, you will leverage your customer success experience to ensure partners achieve value from their subscriptions, drive new product adoption, and retain existing customers.
  • You will regularly engage with partners through strategic business reviews, product demos, and training sessions to enhance their understanding of N-able's offerings and best practices.
  • Your ability to identify opportunities to increase customer value and resolve potential retention issues will be essential in maintaining a high level of satisfaction among our clients.

About You:

  • We are seeking a results-driven individual with 4-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or customer service in software, technology, Managed Services, or Managed Security Services.
  • You should possess strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels and a proven track record of driving customer success and retention.
  • Your ability to understand customer needs, goals, and pain points, and align them with N-able's product offerings will be crucial in delivering successful business outcomes.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
