Psychological Injury Claims Resolution Specialist

EML Australia is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business. Our goal is to help individuals recover from psychological injuries through effective support during their return-to-work journey.

This full-time contract position will provide high-quality support and intervention to workers and employers who have lodged psychological injury claims caused by alleged bullying and harassment.
The successful candidate will work closely with case managers to resolve workplace conflict, facilitate early access to treatment, and develop sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve workplace conflicts resulting in psychological injury claims using mediation and communication skills with relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate early access to treatment and other required services to support timely recovery and return to work.
- Collaboratively develop and action early intervention plans to achieve key objectives.
- Work effectively with Case Managers, Technical and Injury Management Specialists, and Team Leaders to support claims management.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders through video conferencing, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
About the Role:
- Experience or qualifications in mediation, facilitated workplace discussions, or conflict resolution are highly valued.
- Able to identify and resolve problems by taking action consistent with information and evidence gathered from different sources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a range of mediums.
- Able to build productive relationships and meet stakeholder needs.
