Senior Property Claims Analyst

Maaas Constructions, a reputable building and construction company in Newcastle NSW, is seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Specialist to join its team.
The successful candidate will assess damage to insured properties and provide accurate builders assessment reports and repair budgets for insurers to review. The role involves key responsibilities such as:
- Determining policy coverage for property losses or damages;
- Communicating clear and concise advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to stakeholders;
- Supporting the Insurance Manager to identify customer resolution strategies to minimize escalations;
- Determining suitable claim fulfillment methods that balance customer needs;
- Responding to customer and stakeholder requests within expected timeframes.
In addition, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience in the Building and Construction Industry;
- Willingness to travel and spend extended periods working out of the office;
- Ability to utilize technology and systems efficiently;
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards.

This role comes with a salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
