Overview of the Opportunity:
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the private sector, focusing on high-value clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand our client base and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, generating leads and establishing a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across target industries, providing solutions-driven advice and support.
- Sales Process Leadership: Drive sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals, managing a monthly sales cycle focused on top-tier enterprise clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop collateral, support lead generation, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of successful SaaS sales experience within the private sector (experience with telecom or communication tech solutions is advantageous).
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and to close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a strong solutions-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Self-motivated and highly competitive, with a strong desire for commission-based rewards.
