We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team and ensure the effective management of ER processes.

The Role

This role plays an integral part of HR operations and is a key contributor to building and maintaining an open and supportive culture for our employees and people leaders.

You will be responsible for addressing and resolving employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in accordance with company policies and Australian labour laws.

You will also develop, implement, and update HR guidelines aligned with company policies and procedures, reflecting legal requirements and industry best practices.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

  • Support HR in the implementation of performance management processes, including coaching managers on performance improvement plans.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an ER role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws, industrial relations, and Fair Work regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
