Human Resources Operations Manager

A global industrial distribution company with Australian roots is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support its growth in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong operational HR foundation and be able to contribute expertise to a broad range of HR initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, and supervising payroll.
Responsibilities include managing performance management systems, resolving complex employee relations issues, and maintaining company policies and procedures.
Other key responsibilities include providing day-to-day performance management guidance, facilitating employee life cycle processes, and ensuring HR and payroll systems are compliant with government regulations and audit requirements.
About You
The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience in HR Management, ideally within industrial or manufacturing industries.
Demonstrated experience with Employee relations and IR issues is essential.
You should also possess empathy, integrity, intelligence, and be self-driven.
In addition, you will enjoy working independently in a busy, multi-skilled work environment and have exceptional collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
You will be responsible for managing safety, health, and well-being, as well as providing accurate, timely and pragmatic advice to colleagues, managers and staff.
Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum.
