Prospective Student Officer

RMIT University is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Global Student Recruitment Team as a Prospective Student Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to prospective students, responding to inquiries, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple contact channels, including phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face interactions, to provide timely and accurate responses to prospective students.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into applications and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM database.
- Work collaboratively with the Global Student Recruitment Team to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RMIT University's programs and services to effectively communicate with prospective students.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology systems.
