Student Enrolment Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and student-focused Enrolment Partner to join our team at Chisholm Institute of TAFE. As a key member of our Student Enquiry and Enrolment team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to prospective students, ensuring a seamless enrolment experience.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to course enquiries from lead through to enrolment, providing accurate and timely information to prospective students.
- Provide expert advice on programs and courses, ensuring students make informed decisions about their career goals.
- Enter and maintain accurate data into our client relationship management and student management systems.
- Support the development of digital channels to improve enrolment conversion, working closely with the wider Student Enrolment Services team.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including employers, schools, and other education providers, to explore pathway options for learners.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in business, commerce, or public relations, or equivalent experience in a tertiary provider. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
As a highly organized and self-motivated individual, you will be able to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines. You will also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
