- Work collaboratively with the Global Marketing and Student Recruitment team to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
- Utilize CRM software to capture lead and case data, ensuring accurate and efficient management of prospective student interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant systems.
