We are seeking a highly skilled and student-focused Student Enrolment Liaison to join our team at Chisholm Institute of TAFE. As a key member of our Enquiry and Enrolment team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to prospective students, ensuring a seamless and efficient enrolment experience.
Key Responsibilities- Enquiry Handling: Respond to complex course enquiries from lead through to enrolment, providing accurate and timely information to prospective students.
- Program Advice: Offer expert advice on programs and courses to prospective students, aligning their career goals with our offerings.
- Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate data into our client relationship management and student management systems.
- Enrolment Support: Provide information and support to facilitate improved enrolment conversion, particularly within digital channels.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the enrolment experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with key stakeholders, including employers, schools, and other education providers, to explore pathway options for learners.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication, both written and verbal, to facilitate presentations and provide information to students.
- Confident Manner: Ability to communicate confidently via multiple channels, including telephone, email, webchat, and social media.
- Self-Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and management.
