The Prospective Student Officer plays a critical role in representing RMIT University in an appropriate manner and encouraging prospective students to take advantage of what RMIT has to offer.
Key Responsibilities- Manage contact channels including phone, email, live chat, face-to-face, and emerging channels to meet competitive student recruitment sales targets.
- Ensure accurate and careful maintenance of a CRM database.
- Work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds.
- Meet KPIs while working under pressure.
- Interpret complex information and converse effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrate foundational computer literacy skills.
