Chisholm Student Ambassador

The Student Ambassador program at Chisholm Institute is designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop their employability skills and enhance their career readiness. As a Student Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting Chisholm Institute and its services to current and prospective students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to students and prospective students, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Support students in navigating physical and digital spaces to access information and resources.
- Promote self-service and independence, helping students to find the information they need in the digital environment.
- Maintain the physical environment of Chisholm campuses and external exhibition events, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist with general office administration, including data entry and other tasks as required.
- Attend on-campus recruitment and pathways events, such as Open Nights and school expos.
We are seeking students who are currently enrolled and actively participating in a Chisholm Institute course. You will have demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service, a strong ability to work collaboratively, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
You will also have the ability to work across different departments and business areas, and a proven ability to develop positive working relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
