Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert project management to drive business growth and excellence in Home Care operations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, reporting on key performance metrics to inform operational decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
  • Implement transformation strategies for Home Care services in alignment with leadership objectives.
  • Lead change management and adoption strategies for new workflows and practices.
  • Create data-driven reports to inform operational decisions and improve processes.
  • Oversight of successful project rollouts within the operational team.
  • Prepare project plans, reports, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic decision-making.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Home Care operational management or business project management within the aged care sector.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing complex operational projects as a delivery lead or project manager.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS applications, including Visio.
  • Strong understanding of home care operations, including program management and workforce management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP) and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
  • Extensive experience in data-driven operational reporting and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and client management systems (e.g., CareLink, MS Dynamics).

Salary Range

$110,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
